Self-loading feed mixer

Peecon’s self-loading feed mixers ensure an optimal feeding process on the farm. The augers cut a deep hole in the soil, leaving a smooth cutting surface. Due to the smooth cutting surface, water ingress or heating is not possible and the silage remains clean of residual feed after each cutting. The cutting-loading technology of the self-loading feed mixer requires much less power than other silage removal systems.

Biga Scoop Future

Biga Scoop Future The Biga (Twin) Scoop Future is a self-loading feed mixer suitable for products that are removed with a silage cutter and/or packed in square or round bales. The machine is equipped with a hydraulically operated tailgate with a manganese steel blade. This makes it possible to work with one tractor. The future mixing tub provides extra good protection against boiling over, in particular for dry rations. The unique shape of the Biga Twin Scoop Future provides extra strength and stability. The unique Peecon Double Action auger(s) ensure fast and homogeneous mixing of the feed. The extra thick auger(s) are equipped with an extra unloading arm for constant supply during unloading of the ration.

Biga Twin Pacman Future

The Biga Twin Pacman Future vertical feed mixer is equipped with a Future mixing tub in combination with a loading system and silage grabber. This self-loading machine offers optimum ease of use with standard built-in reversing cameras and electro-hydraulic controls. The Peecon Double Action augers ensure fast and homogeneous mixing, so that every herd can be provided with an accurate and homogeneously mixed ration. The extra thick augers are equipped with an extra unloading arm for constant supply during unloading. Due to the unique construction of the augers, the Biga Twin Pacman Future requires a much lower power requirement compared to other feed mixers.

Different types of feed mixers

Within the Peecon feed mixers we have different types of feed mixers. In addition to the self-loading feed mixer, we also work with the self-propelled feed mixer and the trailed feed mixer.

The trailed feed mixers

The trailed feed mixers are driven and pulled by means of a tractor. This feed mixer from the Peecon range has three different types. With a varying content between 6m3 and 70m3, we ensure that there is a suitable version for every farmer.

The self-propelled feed mixers

With a self-propelled feed mixer you save yourself a lot of time. The name itself says it all; the self-propelled feed mixer does the work all by itself. This means that the tractors can continue their work during the ensiling operation. The time savings of a self-propelled feed mixer increases as the pits and silos are further apart and the number of products to be fed increases.
